The advantage of a single point of contact
At Choux de Bruxelles, everything is centralized: the location, the kitchen, the decoration in collaboration with Chou & Tournesol, and even additional services such as valet parking. "The main advantage of this is the organization. Planning a wedding is difficult for couples because they are not used to it and suddenly have to bring together and coordinate many suppliers. Some really see it as a mountain to climb. With us, however, they don't have to worry about coordination. Our event manager takes care of everything, from the first phone call to the wedding day itself," says Alexia Turlot.

Venues for every style
With its extensive range of options, Choux de Bruxelles offers different settings to suit the personality and wishes of each couple. "Some couples dream of a romantic wedding on the island of Chalet Robinson, others of a more theatrical setting such as the Vaudeville Theater, or a historic location such as Maison Grand-Place. More traditional couples prefer a castle such as the Castle of Drogenbos, while others prefer a rural farmhouse where they can spend the entire weekend," explains Alexia.
Each location has its own atmosphere and character: urban, romantic, historic, or rural. “There really is something for everyone within our group. Our role is to help couples discover what best suits their style and personality.”

Guidance at every step
The process always starts with specific questions: how many guests, an intimate or grand ceremony, the desired style and, of course, the budget, Alexia shares: “It's about understanding their universe and their wishes. Our event manager guides the couples step by step, taking into account their personality and priorities, and thus proposes the location and culinary formula that best suits them.”
Thanks to this approach, couples are never left alone when making decisions. Every step is translated into concrete solutions, right up to the coordination on the wedding day itself.

Top-level catering
As a caterer, Choux de Bruxelles distinguishes itself first and foremost through its experience. Alexia: "We have been doing this work for a long time. We are a demanding caterer that takes gastronomy to a high level. With Damien Audusseau—a fantastic chef who has worked with Michelin-starred chefs—the kitchen is run with creativity and precision. The team of maître d's and well-trained waiters also guarantees flawless service. Our requirement is that everyone, from event managers to logistics and kitchen staff, always strives for excellence for bridal couples and their guests."
