"That's why we start with a basic menu and adapt it completely so that every detail fits into the couple's dream picture. Anything is possible. For example, we had a couple who wanted to build their menu around their favourite wine. Our chef created a few dishes that paired perfectly with it. That's how you really make an impression. There are also many other possibilities. Think of food sharing, unique customised wines, a completely vegetarian menu or cocktails and mocktails made with local products."

4. Take your time
A wedding day often flies by. However, everything comes to a standstill during dinner. Frédéric: "This is the moment when the couple and their guests can really relax. Sit down, enjoy each other's company and, above all, savour every detail on their plate. To give your guests that real total experience, make sure the dinner lasts long enough. This gives your guests the chance to really enjoy the dishes, the flavours and the presentation. Because every dish tells a piece of your story and that deserves the attention it deserves."

5. Pamper your guests
"Finally, excellent service is essential for a successful dinner. Dinner should be a total experience for the guests. Our staff is not only professional, but also flexible and attentive.
