Everything Starts with a Good Conversation
No standard questionnaire or dry intake at Geoff; Geoffrey prefers to meet couples at their kitchen table, where pets curiously sniff around and personal stories naturally emerge. “This is how you discover what truly matters to the couple. Do they love to travel? What do they enjoy drinking? Do they live in a rural or more modern setting? These details give us an immediate and beautiful image of the look-and-feel the couple envisions for their big day. Additionally, during the first, non-binding conversation, we also discuss practical matters such as the number of guests they plan to invite, whether they have a location in mind, and how they envision the day's schedule.”

From Dream to Thoughtful Plan
After the introduction and an initial quote, Geoffrey sets to work on presenting a detailed proposal. “Our quotes are on average fifteen pages long. I love transparency, and this way couples know exactly where their budget is going. The detailed overview allows couples to set priorities without surprises later on.”
“Next, we work on realizing the proposal and develop a complete script. In our planning software, we keep track of everything, both what we arrange and a checklist for the couple. Throughout the entire process, we regularly meet with the couple to finalize details and answer questions. Their parents are also welcome.”

Tasting, Feeling, and Experiencing
A wedding planner searches for the most suitable suppliers for you. “You're not obliged to work with fixed partners with us. We also don't keep furniture in stock,” Geoffrey explains. “This allows us to work completely independently to create something that truly fits the couple. Of course, over the years I’ve built a large network of preferred partners and I try to work locally as much as possible to reduce our footprint and keep transportation costs down.”
“When the partners are agreed upon, I visit them with the couple to make a choice. As a wedding planner, we often provide stability for couples, knowing what they want and offering advice to ensure every detail is perfect. From the style of the printwork to the menu cards and even the signage to the parking: it’s important to me that everything breathes the same atmosphere. Want a summery, colorful wedding? It starts with the invitation and carries through to the smallest details on the day itself. With partners like the photographer and the DJ, who are present on the wedding day, we also organize an introductory meeting before the big day arrives so that the couple can fully focus on enjoyment during their wedding day.”

The Big Day: Invisibly Present, Always Close
The wedding day itself for Geoffrey is all about unburdening, hospitality, and experience. “We coordinate the entire setup. Everything we prepared in the months before now comes to life.”
On your wedding day, Geoffrey always arrives with a colleague: “This allows us to think ahead at all times while staying close to you. While one follows the ceremony, the other heads to the location to check if the music is playing, the table decor is still intact, the catering is ready, and so on. Our most important tasks on a wedding day are unburdening the couple and keeping track of the timing.”
“During the party, we always stay in the background. We ensure everything runs smoothly, closely monitoring if anyone needs anything extra, stepping in where necessary, and putting out fires. For example, we provide Dafalgan if one of the guests feels unwell, or hop in the car to the store if something unforeseen is needed. Everything for outstanding hospitality.”

The Day After
Even after the wedding, a wedding planner continues to unburden you. Geoffrey: “We ensure a smooth teardown, check if your wedding photos are sent on time, and follow up on billing. Even after the party, we want everything to be nicely wrapped up.”
