A wedding celebration like no other
At Food in Style, they know every couple is different—and that a wedding celebration should therefore be different every time. Frank: “That’s why we don’t work with standard packages. If you truly want something different, you’ve come to the right place—for tailor-made wedding catering, with taste and style.”
For Food in Style, personalized wedding catering starts at the table with the couple. Frank explains: “Sending a quote after one email—that doesn’t work for us. Every celebration is different, and most couples don’t yet know at the start what all is involved. That’s why we always sit down with the couple first. That conversation isn’t only about the menu or the budget, but also about the location, the styling, the season, ... We really think along with what you want and what style you prefer, and we also think ahead: what if it rains? Where will the dance floor go? It’s much easier to align all these things in person than to email back and forth.”

A menu tailored to your story
For Food in Style, culinary personalization also naturally starts with the couple. “We ask what the couple likes to eat, and whether certain cuisines are important to them. Do they prefer French, Italian, or Asian cuisine? We listen and translate their preferences into flavors and concepts,” says Frank. “Think of sea bass ceviche or vitello tonnato in our own way: with freshly grilled tuna and a tartare of veal mouse on top. That way, you get a familiar Italian dish in an original and refined form.”
The presentation of the plates and tables also makes a difference. “We coordinate the plates, glasses, tableware, the color of the linen and the napkins, and other styling elements with the venue and the theme. Everything has to fit within the same concept, and we go all the way with that,” says Frank. “With a menu card, for example, you can do something fun and creative. We’ve worked with small tubes containing a note that guests open at the table. That way, you discover the menu in a surprising way. You can also present the menu in an original way on a banana leaf.”

Catering as a complete experience
With its catering, Food in Style brings more than just great food. With a mix of refinement and atmosphere, they create formats that are both classy and warmly relaxing. Think of a chic seated dinner or show cooking over an open fire. Frank: “Show cooking on an Ofyr adds a lot of value to a wedding celebration. Your guests love seeing the dishes being prepared. You can take it far—fish and even mussels can be cooked on the Ofyr as well.”

Refined street food & stylish food trucks
Food in Style serves dishes that are creative, refined, and recognizable. Frank says: “These days, people love choosing high-end street food catering. We can make it as extensive as you want. For example, we prepare beef or tuna tataki, sliced and seared on the spot, served with ponzu and dill. Or think of a refined Asian pad thai with glass noodles, or chicken with peanuts. You can also create a lot of great options with tacos.”
With their stylish food trucks, Food in Style can take things very far as well. Frank: “For example, we can set up an atmospheric ‘village’ of two to three food trucks and an old-school ice cream cart. In one of the food trucks, such as the retro cargo bike, we can create a ‘croquette bar’, with refined croquettes featuring prawn, wakame, and curry, plus a few toppings.”

The difference is in the details
Food in Style can help you down to the finest details with many aspects of your celebration. Frank shares: “We often help couples even find their venue. Do they prefer a farmhouse, a modern event hall, or a tent? If you’re a fan of a bohemian style, it can be really nice to set up Ibiza-style tents, with vintage food trucks and straw bales. A wedding celebration in a tent or another original setting can often be made very personal, allowing you as a couple to truly let your own style and story shine. However, a tent also involves a lot. Power and restrooms, for example, often still need to be arranged. That’s why we like to think proactively about the setting and help provide furniture and materials. We can even organize your entertainment, including saxophonists or magicians. That way, we bring the celebration completely together.”
