1. Pastels, ma belle

Spring and bright, fresh colours always go together, but pastels will remain trendy in 2024. Think soft yellow, old rose, mint green and lavender blue. Pastels can be used for all your wedding elements: the invitations, the choice of flowers, the cake, the table decorations, ... even in your outfit. For example, wear pumps in a lovely pastel shade, or for the groom choose a shirt in a soft pastel.

2. Nature's prettiest

Nature elements remain beautiful and useful mood creators, especially in spring. Make your logo or initials in moss, and provide masses of succulents and cacti for a boho feel. In addition, put in water elements such as small fountains and tin tubs full of water with floating candles, water lilies and lights. And did you know that playing whistling birds in the background is totally trendy? Finally, let your decoration flow into nature. Hang your styling elements such as lanterns, flags, balloons, ribbons and floral creations in the trees, attach signposts to a bush and place large floating candles in the pond of your party venue.

3. Blossoms

When you think of spring, you think of blossoms. Whether you incorporate them in your bridal bouquet, as little flowers in your hair, in the groom's boutonniere, or on the dining tables... blossoms are always beautiful and stylish. Integrate them sweetly into the styling of your ceremony, or go full-on for a venue where you will definitely see blossoming trees as eye-catchers.

4. Watercolour for your stationery

Totally in line with your spring wedding: watercolours for your stationery. The soft and fleeting in pastel watercolours in orange, yellow and pink give your invitations that romantic yet fresh feel. If you choose shades of azure and green, you'll create a more spirited spring look.

5. Refreshing fruit

Besides flowers, fruit can also be a nice contribution to your spring styling. Match your choice of fruit to the rest of your colour palette. Go for brightly coloured lemons, fresh green apples, soft orange apricots, reddish-pink watermelons or pastel orange peaches? Very surprisingly, work on your dining tables with fresh, beautifully displayed fruit between plates and on higher cake plates or 'étagères'.

Extra fun: have a lemonade bar put on, with different kinds of refreshing lemonades whose glasses you decorate with pieces of fruit from your styling. Of course, a nice refreshing cocktail (or mocktail) is also always popular.
