Go for a true culinary experience
“Couples are often a bit hesitant when it comes to a fully vegetarian or vegan menu,” Myriam begins. “But with us, they don’t have to compromise on anything. Vegetarian and vegan menus are anything but boring. On the contrary, they offer a chance to surprise your guests with flavor, color, and creativity.”
“Presentation can also take many different forms. For example, the couple can choose to incorporate their favorite dish into the menu. We also love to debunk the idea that show cooking on an OFYR or barbecue is only possible with meat or fish. Think, for instance, of a delicious vegan alternative to tataki made with dried watermelon. Guests are always wildly enthusiastic about it. That smoky flavor combined with the juicy sweetness of the watermelon leaves everyone amazed.”

Classics always work
Do you really want to amaze your guests with the versatility of a veggie or vegan menu? “Then go for a classic dish in a plant-based version,” Myriam advises. “Surprise and pamper your guests with a vegan vol-au-vent and let them enjoy those same warm, familiar flavors. A real hit—even for the most devoted meat eater.”
Myriam: “Dessert is also the perfect moment to enjoy sweet all-time favorites. Choose delicious plant-based brownies, creamy vegan salted caramel, or a refreshing peach sorbet that will have your guests dreaming from the very first bite.”

Let your guests choose
Still unsure about choosing a fully plant-based wedding menu? “Then you can opt for a menu that consists of 80% vegan or vegetarian options,” Myriam explains. “Sometimes couples also choose the topping principle. That way, guests can—if they wish—finish their vegetarian or vegan main course with organic meat toppings.”

Choose local quality
“Our ingredients are always sustainably and locally sourced. And you can taste that in every bite. We work with Kompaan for the very best fresh bread, and with Omage for the most flavorful vegan cheeses. The falafel we use is made according to an authentic Palestinian family recipe. That takes the overall experience to the next level.”

“We also always use fresh vegetables and herbs. Our broths and quality ingredients create true flavor explosions in every dish: from fermented asparagus to slow-cooked onions with miso butter and creamy risotto croquettes—you and your loved one, along with your guests, will enjoy everything from the first bite to the last dessert,” Myriam concludes.
