Colour palette
A spring wedding is often styled using a pastel colour palette - soft yellow, pale pink or lavender. Combine one of these colours with gold or trendy copper for a luxurious look, or with neutral white or ivory for a more classic look. Also absolutely hot: floral prints!
Choosing an accent colour is one thing, matching the right hue is equally important. Check whether everything will match. Make sure different shades are complementary so they enhance each other.

Flower decorations
Specific to the season is the wide variety of flowers and natural decorations. Blessed! The choice is huge - choose your favourite flowers from the large selection. You can return or vary the same flowers - in the church, the party room, your bridal bouquet, your hairstyle, the boutonnieres of the groom and the male suite, ...

Refreshing cocktails & seasonal produce
Bubbles are a classic for your reception, but there's nothing stopping you from switching things up. Would you rather serve a refreshing cocktail completely in the colour theme of your party? How about a bright red watermelon martini, a light orange Rum Punch, a surprising Rum Tonic or a fresh green Champagne Mojito?
As for the menu, as always, it's best to work with seasonal produce. Keep it light! We build the wedding cake as tall as possible this season, and finish it off with seasonal fruit. Red fruits and blueberries give the wedding cake a colourful finishing touch.

Rain or shine
The most unpredictable factor remains the weather. You never know in advance whether winter will really call it a day, and whether or not those March showers and April whims will join you. Be well prepared so that a rainstorm does not spoil your day. If part of the party will take place outside, make sure you have a Plan B. You can also always hire a tent to cover a certain area. Nothing will stop you from having a great day!

Personalised details
Express your personality in the smallest details of your spring wedding. For example, personalise the table decorations with photos of your most beautiful moments together, or choose personalised thank-you gifts for the guests. A unique touch will make your day even more special and unforgettable. Be sure to take a look at these suppliers for your decorations.

Stylish and weatherproof
With spring in full bloom and the vagaries of the weather in mind, it is wise to choose clothes that are suitable for the changing temperatures. Choose fabrics that are both light and airy, like chiffon or breathable cotton, or go for warmer fabrics like satin, silk and velvet. To easily adapt to any temperature fluctuations, provide a cardigan or scarf for over your shoulders and blankets for guests.
