“If you decide to work with us as a couple, we schedule a tasting,” says Carine. “We invite you along with your parents to explore our working style, taste our cuisine, and meet the team that will be organizing your unique day. Subsequently, we discuss the menu, review the event planning, and start the initial layout and decoration of your venue.”
Always a new menu
Carine: “In terms of catering, anything is possible with us. Our formulas can be combined to your heart's content, and our team loves to get creative. Each wedding deserves a unique approach.”
“We never serve the same menu twice,” explains Carine. “We start with seasonal, fresh ingredients and customize everything based on the theme you envision. You also completely choose how the dishes are served. Would you like the starter to be served outside in nice weather before sitting down? Or do you prefer a Walk to You_, a dinner with_ Food Stations, a Sharing Concept_, a pre-dessert and dessert, a menu fully tailored in ‘Amalfi’ style,...? Together, we will shape your wedding banquet.”_
