A Touch of World-Class
Just a stone's throw from Flinckheuvel lies the castle of ‘s Gravenwezel, a protected monument currently owned by world-renowned art dealer and interior designer Axel Vervoordt. “For those who don’t know him: he revamped the homes of Madonna, Kanye West, and Bill Gates, among others,” Benjamin explains. “A big name, indeed, who also added his magical touch to Flinckheuvel.”
“As you step inside, you immediately feel the warm atmosphere Vervoordt is known for creating,” Benjamin continues. “The beautiful wooden elements and Chesterfield sofas set the tone right away.”
Rustic Charm
The rustic authenticity continues outside. “Within the walls of the castle farm lies a cozy courtyard,” says Benjamin. “In the summer, you can use the garden for your ceremony or reception. In the evenings and during the winter months, we light up fire pits outside so you can enjoy the outdoor setting in every season. Moreover, there's also a greenhouse, a barn, and a covered outdoor space that you can utilize for various purposes.”

For the culinary aspect, Flinckheuvel works exclusively with J&M Catering, Benjamin adds. “The team from J&M Catering ensures a complete experience. Do you prefer a barbecue, a buffet, or a sit-down dinner? They listen to your wishes. In addition to the culinary offering, they carefully select the decor and furniture. They examine every detail so you can enjoy every moment.”
